For Early Career: ESE Young Endocrinologists and Scientists (EYES)
ESE has a focus on supporting early career endocrinologists and through the ESE Young Endocrinologists and Scientists (EYES) Committee ensures that their needs are being met.
We provide courses, grants and resources to equip young endocrinologists for a career in the field. We also offer a number of Observership Programme opportunities for ESE Early Career Investigators (ECI) from Europe to grow and learn during a short, one-month stay in various European endocrine centres of special interest.
In order to strengthen communication with this key audience, early career endocrinologists are represented with an ex-officio role on the Executive Committee.
