Our Annual Special Recognition award recognises those persons who have provided exceptional support to the European Society of Endocrinology in a particular area or for a specific project. Nominations are received through and considered by the Executive Committee.
2024 - Beata Kos-Kudła
In recognition of her work on ESE’s publishing and communication activities during her term as Chair of the ESE’s Publishing and Communications Committee, 2017-2021, and for raising the profile of ESE’s activities in Eastern Europe.
2024 - Riccarda Granata
In recognition of her work as the first Congress Committee Chair to take the lead on the ECE Programme Organising Committee and therefore being integral in the development of the scientific programme for the duration of her term of office (2019-2023)
