Current vacancies

The Finance Executive will play a key role in supporting the day-to-financial functions of the organisation and supporting the Finance Manager in order to ensure that financial systems are robust, compliant and support our current activities and future growth. 

You will be someone who is strong in the sales ledger area, attentive in terms of credit control and the timely collection of cash and reconciliations and know who to apply different VAT rules. 

Your day to day will include the recording of income and expenditure on the financial system (currently Sage50), maintaining accurate and up to date daybooks for sales and purchase invoices, raising sales invoices and processing purchase invoices for payment, credit control and reporting on creditors and debtors, raising and process weekly payment batches. 

You will have a least two years’ experience of working within a Finance departing and ideally have experience in using Sage50. A qualification in accountancy is desirable. 

Limited travel may be required as part of this role; you will be willing and able to travel mainly, but not exclusively, in Europe, and occasional travel at weekends or bank holidays.

Contract Type: Permanent Hours: 3 days/21 hours per week
